The bold being China, the beatiful being my friend Tea, a true Yogi, doing yoga in the middle of the old and dirty and humid and misty Guangzhou. I really like how the uglyness and beautifulness come together in these shots, and as for the portrait, that was a complete luck-shot, it was actually meant to be a test-shot I was just checking the light. Then again I guess it is easy to take good pictures when you have a beautiful face like that to shoot… These pictures are actually part of the final assignment for my photography diploma, I will show you more later I just have to get time to hand in the assignment ahem… Am not planning on use either one of the pics below, so therefore I thought it was OK to publish them here.
Otherwise it has been a really good photography day today. I have shot a series of head shots which are a bit different than I am used to but which I am still quite happy with. Also, and even more exciting, I have started a really exciting project taking pictures on a regular basis for a Chinese newspaper. Let´s see how that works out.
